BUTTERCREAM ICING
100g butter
100g shortening
1 tsp vanilla essence
400 g icing sugar (sifted)
2 tbsp milk (optional)
(drops of colouring)
1. Beat butter, shortening, icing sugar, essence. Beat till fluffy and firm.
