deep fry stick / chorrus

deep fry stick / chorrus
ingredients :
500grm / 1 packet glutinous flour
8 egg
1 sachet chicken stock
1 tsp castor sugar
1 tbsp tapioca starch

methods :
1. Beat in the egg and stir till its well mixed and smooth.
2) add chicken stock mix well
3) add tapioca starch mix again
4) add castor sugar mix well
5) add glutinous flour until mix together
6) i use hand to make long strips.
7)Heat up wok with oil for frying.
8) Deep fry till golden brown
9) Set aside on kitchen paper towel to drain excess oil.
