royal icing - n2inpink version
Ingredients:
2 eggs whites
1/2 tsp leom juice
450 gr icing sugar (sieved)
1 tsp glycerine
methods:
1. Place the egg whites and lemon juice in a clean bowl. using a clean wooden spoon, stir to break up the egg whites. add sufficient icing sugar and mix well to form the consistency of unwhipped cream
2. continue mixing and adding small quantities of sugar every few minuts, until the desired consistency has been reached. mix well after each addition of sugar
3. stir in the glycerine until the icing is well blended.
